| Abstract: | According to the problem in CATV network planning and characteristic of CATV networks, the author introduces international popular planning for casting methods:consequence analyze method, recursive analyze forecasting method, time sequence extrapolation and so on. At the same time according to the situation of our country the author introduces planning forecasting methods:compositive power coefficient method, expert forecasting method, flexibility coefficient method, analogy method , popular target method, hierarchy analyze method. |
