Abstract:The relation between the proportion of carbonaccous materials in change mixture,size of materials and forming pressure of green body during the preparation of reation borded silicon carbide was studied in the paper.The effect of preparing process of green body on microstructure of sintered body was also analyzed.Beside those,the way to diagnize difective workmanship by the use of metallurgical microscope was determined.
