改性生物质制备复合型煤粘结剂的研究

摘    要:选用陕西彬长烟煤与当地玉米秸秆为原料,用NaOH溶液改性生物质,考察碱液的浓度、反应温度、反应时间,生物质加入量对生物质粘结效果的影响;调节一定比例MgCl2,MgO固化剂量与之复合作粘合剂,并以抗压强度、跌落强度为指标对型煤成型性能进行考察.研究结果表明:改性生物质和无机固化剂复合粘结剂效果良好,生物质改性最佳条件为碱液浓度1%,反应温度80℃,反应时间2h,生物质加入量10%,固化剂加入量为4%;复合型煤成型压力25MPa.

Abstract:This paper is studied on the basis of selecting the Shaanxi Binchang bituminous coal and local corn straw as experimental materials. NaOH was choused as the denatured solu- tion. By changing the factors including the alkali concentration, reaction temperature, reac- tion time and adding amount of biomass, we study how do these factors influence the dena- tured biomass bonding effect. A certain amount of curing agent composed by MgC12 and MgO were adding into it to improve the binder and then prepared the briquette. Besides, the mold- ing performance with the compressive strength and drop strength as indexes was investiga- ted. The results show that compositing the denatured biomass with inorganic curing agent produce a better bonding effect. The optimum condition of denatured biomass is 1% of the alkali concentration, the reaction temperature is 80 ℃, reaction time is 2 h and the amount of biomass is 10% ; the amount of curing agent is 4%; the briquette perform well under the molding pressure of 25 MPa.
