摘    要:针对电动自行车用铅酸蓄电池的使用寿命不够理想的问题,作者从改进板栅合金组成及活性物质配方着手,对生产工艺、电池装配、电解液添加剂及充电接受能力也进行了试验研究,并介绍了用数控技术制造稳压电池的功能。

Abstract:Owing to the fact that the service life of electric bicycle batteries is unsatisfactory,the author made lots of improvements and tests on the following aspects including the constituent of grid alloy,active material recipe,battery processing and assembly,electrolyte additives as well as the charge acceptance.In addtion,a kind of voltage stabilizing battery controlled by digital technology was also introduced.
