液压滚切剪液压系统的研究

摘    要:根据滚动剪切的剪切原理设计液压滚切剪的液压系统.在滚切方程基础上采用比例伺服阀加位移传感器控制液压缸位移的方法来实现滚动剪切的目的.通过建立液压系统3大方程的方法求解出整个液压系统的传递函数,用Simulink仿真分析液压缸的位置控制效果.通过仿真可以确定一些控制参数的范围,但在仿真过程中无法直观检测到液压系统在改变控制参数后产生的超调震荡,须在实际调试过程中做适当调整.液压系统采用的控制策略必须具有较强的鲁棒性和自适应能力,以确保对不同的情况具有比较稳定的补偿精度.现场生产样机液压缸的位置控制精度和高质量的钢板剪切断面证实了该液压系统设计的正确性.

Abstract:The hydraulic system of hydraulic rolling-shearer was designed according to rolling-shear principle. Based on rolling-shear equation,the position of cylinders was controlled by proportion servo valves and transducers to realize rolling-cut.Transfer function of whole hydraulic system was given by establishing three equations for it.The simulation for the positioning control effect of hydraulic cylinder was set up by Simulink,from which the scope of controlling parameters can be achieved,but overshoot vibration generated in the process of changing control parameters can not be detected directly from simulation,without proper adjustment in actual debugging process.The controlling of hydraulic system should have superior robustness and self adjustment ability to ensure relatively stable compensation accuracy under different circumstances.The position precision of cylinders and high-quality steel cross section of production prototype proved the designing validity of the hydraulic system.
