摘    要:培训需求分析是培训活动的首要环节,做好培训需求分析是做好企业培训的前提和保障。通过对培训需求分析的特点、对象、层面、方法等总结和归纳,明晰地提出了十二个培训者天天面对和接触、与培训需求分析效果直接相关的实际问题。培训工作者认真思考这些问题,用严谨的工作实践回答这些问题,将对培训效果产生巨大的影响。

Abstract:The analysis of training demand is the premier section of training activity, to do well the analysis of training demand is the premise and guarantee of training demand in enterprise. On summing up of its special features, objectives,levels and methods, clearly put forward 12 problems which trainers face every day and are directly related with results of analysis of training demand. Trainers should think over them earnestly, answer them with strict practice, and which will greatly affect training result.
