| 摘 要： | 聚乙烯醇装置中的乙酸精馏塔的工况条件，选择不锈钢、钛和脱氧钢３大类７种材料进行实验室和现场的大量试验，并对３类材料在乙酸中的腐蚀机理进行分析，提出了一个新的选材方向。

| Abstract: | Acetic acid rectification tower(ART)is a major piece of equipment in polyvinyl alcoholunits,Currently,it is usually made of deoxidized copper. Because ART is subject to corrosion,thenormal operation of production has been frequently interrupted.in this paper,the authors selectseven kinds of materials of three categories of stainless steel,Ti and deoxidized copper to carryout field as well as labaratory experiments,analysis on the cause of corrosion,and put forward anew way of material option for ART. |
