| 摘 要： | 针对目前城市垃圾处理系统中由于间歇给料而引起的振动筛分机运生工况不稳定的问题，提出利用间歇受料这一工艺特征实现振动式垃圾筛分机运行工况自动调节的方法，并在理论上进行分析、论证．采川此方法可实现筛分机的两种理想工况：满载运生时，大振幅、强振，减少堵塞现象，提高筛分效率；空载运行时，小振幅、减少冲击振动及噪声，保护机械设备，改善作业条件及环境质量．

| Abstract: | The automatical adjusting method of operating states of vibrating solid wastes separatoris presented by the help of the operating states variability at intervallic icading. In this casetwo appearances can be realized, violent vibration reduces material blocking and lucre:tsesseparating efficiency at full loaded, weak vibration decreases shock and noise, l)rotects equipments, improves operating conditlolls and environmental quality at empty loaded. |
