| 摘 要： | 以板料成形过程数值模拟软件DYNAFORM为工具,对成形过程进行数值模拟。确定合理的工艺参数,用于指导工艺方案确定及模具设计。将三维CAD软件用于模具设计,并用数控加工软件对关键零件的加工进行编程,实现了CAE/CAD/CAM的一体化。极大地提高了模具设计加工速度,减少了加工工序,大大缩短了模具的生产周期。
