Research of fuzzing and pilling to compact spinning in worsted cashmere spinning

The article gives the correlation analysis to the question which appears in the compact spinning experimental production in the worsted cashmere spinning.As a result,it finds the factors which can influencethe fuzzing and pilling in compact spinning in worsted cashmere spinning.At the same time,it gives the analysis for the items to the same linear density yarn which produced by compact spinning and the common worsted spinning,and discusses the using effect to compact spinning which was used in worsted cashmere spinning.Through the analysis of the appearance to the yarn,it finds the most important factors for the fuzzing and pilling to the knitting fabric.Finally,through the orthogonal experiment,it made some analysis to the factors which influence the fuzzing and pilling to the knitting fabric.Finally,it finds that the twist number of single yarn and the density scale in knitting are the critical factors.This article also provides the reference to the compact spinning for the deeper level using in worsted cashmere spinning.
