摘    要:针对工业控制环境对无线数据通信提出的苛刻要求,设计了一个基于实时嵌入式操作系统TinyOS的无线工业控制网络节点。简要介绍了所使用的硬件并给出了WICN前端节点设计结构和硬件连接示意图;在介绍了TinyOS的基础上,分析了系统平台和节点应用实现的设计过程,最后给出了应用的软件结构和程序流程图。该节点能有效地运行在无线工业控制网络环境中,满足了工业现场的要求。

Abstract:Aiming at the rigorous requirements of industrial environment to wireless data communication, a wireless industrial control network node based on the real-time embedded operating system TinyOS is designed. The features of adopted hardware are presented in brief, and the design structure and hardware connection of WICN front-end node are given. On the basis of introduction to TinyOS, the design procedures of system platform and application implementation are analyzed. The structure of application software and program flowcharts are given. The node can run effectively under the wireless industrial control network environment, and meets the requirements of industrial field.
