我国天然气资源量巨大,已探明的资源量少,分布区域广,远离消费区域且难开发,使天然气供需矛盾突出。这些问题的解决依赖于高水平的天然气科技,但是目前我国天然气天然科技水平与国际水平相比,全面落后,且发展缓慢,不成系统,缺乏突破口。基于此,章利用科技相关矩阵分析法和影响图认知模型,从天然气工业发展的需求和天然气科技本身发展趋势两方面分析,提出了我国天然气工业科技的发展战略,即完善天然气工业的一体化研究体系,提高勘探技术,抓紧储层改造技术和综合开发技术,实现天然气的“高效勘探,经济开发”。

Developing Strategy of Science and Technology of Natural Gas Industry in China

Our country is rich in natural gas resources,but proved gas reserves are small,scattered,far from consumer-areas and difficult to be developed,thus forming an outstanding supply-demand contradiction.It is necessary for sloving these problems to rely on high-level natural gas science and technology.As compared with the foreign countries,however,the scientific and technological level in natural gas industry in China at present is behind on a whole,its expansion is slow and non-systematic and it is lacking in key research project.For this reason,through analyzing the trend of expanding natural gas industry and natural gas science and technology,the developing strategy of science and technology of natural gas industry in China is proposed in the paper by use of correlation matrix analysis method and influence diagram recognition model.In other words,it is imperative to perfect the integration research system of natural gas industry and to raise exploration,reservoir stimulation and comprehensive development techniques,thus realizing the "High-effective Exploration and Economic Development" of natural gas.
