摘    要:报道了一种合成联氢化嘧啶衍生物1 ̄5、四氮杂全氢芴衍生物6和7的新方法。讨论了化合物1 ̄5的稳定构象,提出了化合物5和7的顺反异构体的酸催化下的转变机理。

Abstract:1, 3-Diaminoalkanes react with sym-tetrachloroethane to give crystalline 2, 2'-bis-(hexahydropyrimidine) derivatives(1)-(5), after treatment with aqua ammonia. Subsequently (1) was treated with different amounts of dichloromethane to give higher yield of 4a, 8b-trans-perhydro-4, 5, 8a, 9a-tetraazafluorene (6) and 8b, 8c-cis-perhydro-3a, 4a, 7a, 8a-tetraaza cyclopentanofluorene (7). The transformation mechanisms for cisand trans- of(6) and (7) were proposed.
