| 摘 要： | 报道了一种合成联氢化嘧啶衍生物１￣５、四氮杂全氢芴衍生物６和７的新方法。讨论了化合物１￣５的稳定构象，提出了化合物５和７的顺反异构体的酸催化下的转变机理。 |

| Abstract: | 1, 3-Diaminoalkanes react with sym-tetrachloroethane to give crystalline 2, 2'-bis-(hexahydropyrimidine) derivatives(1)-(5), after treatment with aqua ammonia. Subsequently (1) was treated with different amounts of dichloromethane to give higher yield of 4a, 8b-trans-perhydro-4, 5, 8a, 9a-tetraazafluorene (6) and 8b, 8c-cis-perhydro-3a, 4a, 7a, 8a-tetraaza cyclopentanofluorene (7). The transformation mechanisms for cisand trans- of(6) and (7) were proposed. |
