| 摘 要： | 在SMT中, 丝网印刷是第一道工序, 却是保证SMT产品质量的最重要、最关键的工序。分析丝网印刷对SMT质量的影响, 采取相应的对策加以解决, 是使焊锡膏准确漏印在焊盘上, 从而保证PCB良好焊接质量的重要步骤。

| Abstract: | In SMT the silk-screen printing is the first process, but the most important and key process of guaranteeing SMT product quality. Analyzing the impact on SMT quality of the silk-screen printing and adopting the corresponding methods to solve the problem are important steps to make the soldering tin ointment leak and print on the plate accurately to guarantee the better quality of the PCB welds. |
