摘    要:以提纯的工业级偏钛酸和分析纯硝酸锶为主原料,采用化学共沉淀法合成了平均粒径约60nm的钛酸锶纳米粉体。通过ICP、XRD和TEM等测试手段,研究了原料纯度、合成条件以及原料钛锶摩尔比等对产物纯度、相组成和微观形貌的影响。结果表明,最佳合成条件为:偏钛酸、双氧水和氨水物质的摩尔比为1.0:6.5:2.5,原料钛锶摩尔比为1.10:1.00,煅烧温度为600℃。以廉价的偏钛酸为主原料,可为降低钛酸锶纳米粉体的生产成本提供借鉴。

Abstract:Using refined industrial grade H2TiO3 and analytically pure Sr(NO3)2 as main raw materials,SrTiO3 nanopowder,with an average particle size of about 60 nm,was synthesized by chemical coprecipitation method.The effects of purities,synthesis conditions and n(Ti):n(Sr) of raw materials on the purities,phase compositions and micromorphologies of SrTiO3 products were investigated by ICP,XRD,TEM,etc.The results show that the optimum synthesis conditions were as follows:the n(H2TiO3):n(H2O2) :n(NH3·H2O) is 1.0:6.5:2.5,the n(Ti):n(Sr) of raw materials is 1.10:1.00,and the calcination temperature is 600 ℃.This method may provide useful experience for reducing the production cost of SrTiO3 nanopowder by using cheap H2TiO3 as main raw material.
