| Abstract: | The authors indicate that cities are weak to withstand natrual disaster and summarize the main properties of city disaster in the essay,and then present basic principles for city disaster prevension.Finally the authors discuss the countermeasures for flood and earth quake prevention which need putting into practice immediately. |
