| 摘 要： | 随着供应链、虚拟企业等扩展企业组织模式的出现，基于企业Internet的质量管理信息系统已不能满足现代企业质量管理的需要。因此，传统的面向企业内部的质量管理模式已随着产品开发与制造过程的延伸而拓展，出现了以核心企业为中心、以扩展企业为整体的质量管理模式，企业质量管理信息系统围绕企业内部和外部运行两方面，实现质量管理的信息、功能和过程的集成。扩展企业质量管理模式研究的基础上，针对制造企业，提出了面向扩展企业的、基于Internet/Extranet/Intranet的企业质量管理信息系统，研究了系统模型和功能模型，提出了系统实现的体系结构。

| Abstract: | The modern enterprise models of extended enterprise such as supply chain and virtual enterprise come into being. The Intranet based enterprise-wide quality information system is facing a great challenge for supporting the extended quality assurance system. We propose a concept model and a function model of Internet/Extranet/Intranet Based Quality Information System (IEI-QIS), which absolutely integrates the quality information of the enterprise, customers and suppliers and serves as powerful tools to benefit quality management of modern extended enterprises. The browser/server based and three-tier architecture of the system is also investigated. |
