摘    要:国内一些小型烧结Nd-Fe-B磁体生产企业,其设备配置比较简单,生产过程控制比较粗放。针对这样的情况,通过适当改进铸锭技术与烧结技术,优化合金成分设计,复合添加Nb、Cu、Al元素,不使用或者使用少量Dy添加元素,实现了N38、N42、N45、N42H等中、高性能档次烧结Nd-Fe-B磁体的工业生产。生产效率高,产品制造成本显著降低。

Abstract:Associated with the mass-production of sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets currently in some small companies in China, N38, N42, N45 and N42H brand sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets have been successfully mass-manufactured with high production efficiency and low production cost by properly improving the alloy ingot preparing technique and sintering technique, and using the combined addition of Nb, Cu and Al and the addition of zero or small amount of Dy.
