| 摘 要： | 针对注塑模具中合理的浇口位置在塑料制品成型中的重要性,结合注射成型中塑料熔体在型腔内充填模拟基本理论,介绍了专业模流分析软件Moldflow在手机前盖注塑模具浇口位置设计中的应用,从产品的填充时间、充模压力、气穴和熔接痕等方面对不同的浇口设计方案进行对比,从而获得最佳的浇口位置。
