毛细管长度与制冷剂充注量匹配关系的分析

摘    要:通过试验的方法研究了空调器毛细管长度与制冷剂充注量对制冷系统性能的影响,得出了KF-64与KF-35机型空调器相应的性能关系;结合理论进行分析,对试验现象作了合理解释,并总结了匹配规律;依据毛细管的特性进行了毛细管选型编程计算,一定程度上提高了毛细管的匹配速率。

Abstract:By the experimental method was studied influence of length of capillary,tube and the refrigerant charge to the refrigeration system performance in the air-conditioner.Obtained KF-64 and the KF-35 type corresponding relations curve.Combined with the analysis of theory,carried out the reasonable explanation to the experimenting phenomenon,and summarized the match rule.According to the characteristic of the capillary tube conducted the programming computation of selecting type,so that the match speed of the capillary tube was enhanced to certain degree.
