摘    要:近几年来,我国钢铁工业发展迅猛,铁矿石资源短缺的矛盾较为突出。硫酸渣在我国储量大,是铁矿石的重要补充资源。为此,对某地硫酸渣选铁进行了小型连选试验研究。结果表明,在无需磨矿、入选品位50.03%的情况下,采用筛分抛粗-水力旋流器抛细-单-重选工艺流程,可获得铁精矿品位66.86%、产率28.26%、尾矿铁品位43.40%、回收率37.77%的较为理想的指标。目前已在某地应用,效果较为理想。

Abstract:In recent years, the contradiction between the rapid development of China's iron and steel industry and the shortage of iron ore resource becomes increasingly protruding. Pyrite cinder has great reserve in China and is a major complementary resource of iron ore. Therefore, laboratory continuous separation test was made on a pyrite cinder. The results showed that with a feed grading 50.03% iron and needing no grinding and by using a technological flowsheet of screening for discarding coarse tailings hydrocycloning for discarding fine tailings single gravity separation, ideal metallurgical performances were achieved, with iron concentrate grade being 66.86%, weight percent 28.26%, tailings iron grade 43.40% and recovery 37.77%. The flowsheet now has been applied in a concentrator, where ideal results were achieved.
