安康至毛坝高速公路天生桥隧道塌方处理技术

摘    要:针对安康至毛坝高速公路天生桥隧道进口的塌方,在现场勘察基础上,首先对受塌方影响的初期支护裂缝洞段进行了回填封闭和拱架支护加固,对塌方体进行了注浆处理。在此基础上根据补勘地质资料,制定了洞内加固、地表注浆,洞内洞外相结合的塌方处理方案;塌方段采取弧形导坑法掘进,施工中加强了洞内的地表监测,确保了塌方段施工的安全。实践表明,对天生桥这类软弱围岩段的隧道塌方,施工时采取支护快封闭成环和二次衬砌紧跟的工程措施是十分必要和有意义的。

Abstract:In view of the landslide in Tianshengqiao tunnel of Ankang-Maoba expressway and based on spot investigation,the backfilling and supporting are carried out first for the initial crack section which the landslide affects to,and the landslide body is processed by grouting next.At the same time,the landslide processing plan is made based on the geological data investigated additionally,including strengthening in the tunnel,grouting on the ground and combining in and out of the tunnel mutually.It is showed that it is very essential and meaningful to adopt the engineering measures such as supporting to seal up quickly and two lining works followed closely in the construction for the weak adjoining rock section of Tianshengqiao tunnel's landslide.
