洗衣机能效与安全测试系统的研制

针对洗衣机能效测试存在大量人工测试并计算污染布反射率,以及洗衣机安全与能效测试在不同实验室间搬运的问题,运用计算机控制的原理,根据洗衣机能效标准与安全标准规定的测试方法,设计了一套由恒温恒湿试验房、恒温恒压水系统、污染布反射率自动测试系统、电气安全试验系统和数据采集系统组成的洗衣机测试系统.该系统能够自动采集和计算污染布反射率测试结果,并且自动形成测试报表,实现了洗衣机能效测试过程中污染布反射率测试及结果计算的自动化.该系统还可以进行洗衣机的发热试验.

Development of Energy Efficiency and Safety Testing System for Washing Machines

In order to solve the problems that a lot of testing works including test and reflectivity calculation of polluted cloth are done by human,and sample transmission for safety and energy efficiency testing of washing machine between different laboratory,a new washing machine measurement system is designed depended on the computer-controlled principle and the test methods of energy efficiency standards and safety standards of the washing machine,which consists of constant temperature and humidity test room,constant temperature and constant pressure water system,automatic test system of the reflectivity of polluted cloth,the electrical safety testing system and data collection system.This system can collect and calculate the reflectivity of the polluted cloth,and form a test report automatically.Automation of the test and results calculation of the reflectivity of the polluted cloth in the process of washing machine energy efficiency test is realized.The test system can also be used to do heating test on washing machines.
