摘    要:为了更好地发挥主观赋权法与客观赋权法这两类评价方法的优势,但又要避免这两类评价方法各自的缺陷,达到两者优势互补、扬长避短的目的,利用层次分析法(AHP)来计算出主观权重,经过改进的粗糙集(RS)法来计算出客观权重,然后通过建立最优模型给出一种可以综合专家经验与客观数据的组合权重计算方法,进而可以确定出主观权重与客观权重相结合的最优组合权重.最后通过对一个实例的应用,表明了该方法是科学、有效的,可以使决策的准确性得到提高,具备实用性与推广价值.

Abstract:In order to better play the advantages of subjective weight determining evaluation and objective weight determining evaluation and avoid the defects of these two kinds of evaluation methods respectively,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is used to determine the subjective weight and improverd rough set(RS) method is used to determine the objective weight.Then a method of determining comprehensive weight considering the experience of the experts and the objective information based on optimal model is proposed,the optimal comprehensive weight can be determined through the subjective weight and objective weight.Finally,application of an example show that the method is scientific and effective,which can improve the accuracy of decision making,and has practical and popularize value.
