某含锑复杂金矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:锑作为一种重要的添加剂被广泛的应用于阻燃材料生产及微电子技术等领域,但是由于锑对氰化提金的不利影响,含锑金矿石开发利用率一直比较低,随着碱浸提锑—两段焙烧—氰化浸出工艺的发展及应用,如何有效的富集锑并提高金的选矿回收率对综合回收金、锑有重要的意义。对甘肃某含锑复杂金矿进行了浮选试验研究,结果表明,采用碳酸钠、水玻璃作矿浆调整剂、硫酸铜作活化剂、丁基黄药+丁基铵黑药作捕收剂,经一次粗选、四次精选、三次扫选浮选流程,可获得金品位66.46 g/t、锑品位5.77%、金回收率为92.99%、锑回收率为88.22%的金精矿,综合指标较优越。所得金精矿符合碱浸提锑—两段焙烧—氰化浸出的工艺入料要求,可以实现金、锑综合回收的目的。

Flotation Test of Complex Gold ore Containing Antimony

Abstract:As an important additive,Antimony is widely used in the field of Production of flame retardant materials and microelectronics, However, due to the adverse effects of antimony on cyaniding, The development and utilization rate of antimony bearing gold ore has been relatively low, With the development and application of the alkaline extraction of antimony- two stage roasting- cyanide leaching, how to effectively enrich the antimony and improve the recovery rate of gold recovery is of great significance to the comprehensive recovery of gold and antimony. Experimental research on Mineral processing was carried out on complex gold ore containing antimony from Gansu province. The results showed that concentrates were obtained with gold grade of 66.46 g/t, Antimony grade of 5.77%,gold recovery was 92.99 %,Antimony recovery was 88.22%,by flotation using sodium carbonate and sodium silicate as regulator,copper sulfate as pulp activator, butyl xanthate and aerofloat as collector,through the flowsheet of once roughing,fore times cleaning and three times scavenging. The superior comprehensive indicators. The purpose of the comprehensive recovery of gold and antimony is realized.
