摘    要:为提高选矿厂的自动化水平,解决以往酸化水玻璃溶液配制存在的配制精度低、浓硫酸的使用危险度高对选矿生产造成影响,对配制操作人员造成人身安全威胁等问题,广西冶金研究院研制了基于自适应模糊PID控制的酸化水玻璃自动配制系统,应用实践表明,该系统具配比精度高、易操作、节省配制原料等优点,可将配制操作工从危险工作环境解放。同时也显著提高了选矿厂经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:In order to improve the automation levels of the concentrator and solve the problem that the preparation precision of acidified sodium silicate solution is low and the use of concentrated sulfuric acid is risk.Having an impact on the selection of minerals,and the preparation of operating personnel resulting in personal safety threats. In this text, an automatic acidification sodium silicate automatic preparation system based on adaptive fuzzy PID control,which was introduced for Guangxi Research Institute of Metallurgy. The practical application shows that the system has the advantages of high precision, easy operation and saving of raw materials, and the preparation of the operator is relesed from the dangerous working environment.But also it significantly improves the economic efficiency and social benefits of the concentrator.
