粉体磁性物含量测试装置研究

摘    要:基于目前磁性物含量测定均采用湿式和电磁式测定仪中存在的问题,提出一种干式测试粉体磁性物含量的装置,该装置磁系采用永磁磁系,能够有效地杜绝能源浪费、制浆和脱水干燥等问题。笔者所介绍的磁系是通过矩形钕铁硼磁钢提供的高背景场强,结合锥形软铁聚磁介质产生的高梯度所形成的闭合磁系提供的高磁场分选区域,且通过调节装置对磁系的灵活调节,能够对粉体磁性物进行充分分选,准确地测试粉体磁性物的含量。试验结果表明:整套测试装置简单、灵活、高效,为粉体磁性物含量测试提供了一种简易的分选装置和方法。
