基于SLA的业务保障在光网络带宽租赁业务中的应用

电信管理网是一个庞大而复杂的网络，如何保障客户业务的质量是电信管理网需要解决的一个重要问题。本以电信管理网的TOM模型为基点，讨论基于SLA的业务保障管理系统的模型和功能实现，并以光传输网络的带宽租赁业务为实例来探讨SLA中的QoS参数的分析与计算，最后提出其系统的外部接口和功能的定义和实现。

SLA Based Optical Network Service Assurance Management

With the development of telecommunication management network, the assurance of the quality of service for customer is more and more important function of TMN. Set up a general model for SLA based service assurance management system is an effective way to satisfy the customer requirement after TMN operation model is established. The leased bandwidth service is a basic and important service in optical network, its SLA based service assurance management system includes count functions of QoS parameters, analysis functions of QoS level, customer report functions of service quality and status. The definition and implementation method of the system functions can be a reference for other telecommunication service management.
