高清晰度储罐底板漏磁检测器的研制

摘    要:根据储罐底板的缺陷特征,探讨了以漏磁法检测储罐底板缺陷的技术特点,分析了局部饱和磁化对检测信号信噪比的影响,研制出一种高清晰度储罐底板漏磁检测器.具体设计了电源模块、检测装置、数据采集与传输模块、运动控制单元和数据分析处理软件,并讨论了硬件部分的电磁兼容问题.试验研究和现场应用证明,该检测器不仅能实现对储罐底板上下表面缺陷的快速普查,而且具有较高的检测灵敏度和可靠性,操作方便,其缺陷定位与量化精度等技术指标达到或超过了美国石油天然气学会现行标准API Std 653的规定,完全能满足实际检测工程的需要.

Abstract:According to the defect characteristics and the failure mechanisms,a high-resolution inspection system is developed to test the storage tank floor effectively based on the magnetic flux leakage(MFL) technique.The effects of the local saturation magnetization on the signal-noise-ratio of inspection signals are analyzed,and the difficulty in the floor MFL inspection is presented.Furthermore,the major measures to improve the electromagnetic compatibility of the system are studied.The inspection experiment and industrial application demonstrate that the system,which included the power supply module,magnetizer and inspection device,data acquisition and transmission module,control unit and data analysis software,can detect the flaws on the upper and undersurface quickly and has such advantages of high sensitivity,good reliability and easy operation.And some performance indexes of the apparatus like the defect location and sizing accuracy are able to meet the requirements of the API Std 653.
