聚氯乙烯悬浮聚合引发剂EHP的试验研究

摘    要:通过使用引发剂EHP替代ABVN在57℃下进行聚合试验,指出在引发剂等摩尔量的条件下.反应后期引发速率明显降低.反应速度减慢,聚合反应时间延长,聚合釜的设备利用率降低。增加引发剂EHP的用量,可以缩短到达85%转化率的反应时间。

Abstract:The initiator EHP was used to substitute for initiator ABVN in polymerization test at 57℃.The results showed that with the equiv.-mole consume of initiator,the initiative rate was obviously lowered,the reaction rate was slow down,the polymerization period was de- layed,and the utilization of the polymerization uipments was declined at the end of reaction.If consumption of initiator EHP was increased,the polymerization period could be shortened at the conversion of 85%.
