试论阻碍民企融资的因素及有关政策建议

在当前银根紧缩政策和金融机构扶持方式偏少的情况下，民营企业面临更为严酷的生存环境，如何维持中小企业的资金链，扩展目前极为脆弱的融资来源，是增强中国经济活力、确保国计民生的重要一环。本文从探索阻碍民营企业融资的因素出发，对缓解民企的融资难问题提出中肯的建议，以达到对政府和金融机构的共同利益进行理论整合的目的。

Analysis of Factors that Impede Private Enterprises Financing and Policy Suggestions

Under the present condition of tight-money policy and few financial institution support channels, the private enterprises are facing more harsh living environment. How to maintain the capital chain of SMEs（Small and Medium Enterprises） and expand finacing sources is one of the most important components for strengthening China＇s economy and ensuring people＇s livelihood. This paper starts with analysis of factors that impede private enterprises financing and then puts forward corresponding suggestions for integrating the common interests between government and financial institutions.
