3-溴-4-氟苯甲醛的气相色谱分析方法

摘    要:采用气相色谱法,氢火焰离子化检测器,选用3%OV-17填充柱,正十三烷为内标,气化室和检测器温度为180℃,柱温120℃,对3溴4氟苯甲醛进行定量测定。该方法简单、快速、准确、适用,标准偏差0.26%,变异系数0.27%,平均回收率100.1%。

Abstract:A method for determination of 3-bromo-4-fluorobenzaldehyde by gas chromatography is established with hydrogen flame ionization detector,glass column packed with 3% OV-17/Chromsorb W HP,and using n-tridecane as the internal standard.The temperature of injection and detector is 180℃,the oven temperature is 120℃.The method is simple,rapid,accurate and practical.The standard deviation and variation coefficient are 0.26% and 0.27% respectively,and the average recovery is 100.1%.
