电压电流双闭环控制PSM级联逆变器研究

摘    要:本文研究了基于脉冲阶梯调制(PSM)技术和电压电流双闭环反馈技术的级联逆变器。脉冲阶梯调制(PSM)技术是将脉宽调制(PWM)技术与阶梯调制(SM)技术相结合,是高电压、大功率电源系统中的一种最要的调制技术。采用电流反馈可以有效地抑制负载电流的扰动,电压反馈能及时、快速地校正输出电压波形。仿真结果表明,采用电压电流双闭环反馈技术的PSM级联型逆变器的输出波形特性好,具有优良的稳态和动态性能。

Abstract:A cascaded inverter based on Pulse Step Modulation(PSM)with voltage and current control is studied.The Pulse Step Mod- ulation technology is the combination of the Pulse Width Modulation(PWM)and the Step Modulation(SM).It is an important tech nology which is used in high-voltage high-power switching power supply systems.Adopting current feedback can control the load-cur- rent fluctuation effectively,while voltage feedback can adjust the output voltage instantaneously and rapidly.The simulation results demonstrate that the cascaded inverter based on pulse step modulation with vohage and current control has excellent output characteris- tics and good static and dynamic characteristics.
