PC轧机机座的优化设计

摘    要:对PC轧机机座进行了优化设计,建立了以机座弹跳值与机架重量的加权和最小为目标函数,包括7个设计变量,22个约束条件的优化设计数学模型.利用惩罚函数法进行了计算,得出了最优的设计方案,该方案与原设计相比,机座重量减少23.566%,机座弹跳值降低6.348%.

Abstract:The applied the optimum design method for PC stand is designed. It set up mathematics model that regarded the least plus power's sum of stand bounce value and frame weight as aim function, which included 7 design variables and 22 bind conditions and it used SUM method to calculate and got the best theme. If the theme compared to the old, the stand weight was reduced 23.566%, and stand bounce values were decreased 6.348%.
