抽油机减速器齿轮润滑状态的研究

摘    要:本文根据弹性流体动压润滑理论,对游梁式抽油机减速器各级渐开线齿轮传动的油膜厚度进行了计算。结果表明,高速级传动基本属于部分弹流润滑状态,低速级传动属于边界润滑状态。文章还据此分析了齿面失效的主要原因,提出在设计中有必要进行齿轮传动的hm和λ值的核算。


A Study on Lubrication Conditions of the Gears in a Reducer
Abstract:By means the of elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory, the author calculates the oil film thickness on each set of the involute gears in pumping-unit reducer during operation. The calculation shows that the high-speed gears are essentially in a partially elastohydraulic lubrication mode and the low-speed ones in boundary lubrication mode. The author discusses thereafter the main causes of gear flank failures and asserts that it is necessary to calculate the gear transmission values hm and λ when designing this kind of reducer.
