| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济和改革开放的不断深入，现代化企业制度不断完善，企业发展日新月异，广大青年的思想观念发生了新的变化，企业青年思想政治工作遇到了许多新情况和新问题。在对新形势下出现的新情况进行调查研究和认真分析的基础上，对做好新形势下企业青年思想政治工作提出了相关建议和对策。
