摘    要:为降低修井液对储层的污染,提高修井作业后的产量恢复率,缩短产量恢复期,并保护环境,通过增黏剂、降滤失剂、抑制剂、助排剂、稳定剂等组分的优选、组合,研究了一种既保护油层又保护环境的“双保型”修井液。对该修井液进行了室内性能评价,室内试验表明,该修井液无固相,密度可调范围1.00~1.25 g/cm3,API滤失量低于15 mL/30min,防膨率超过90 %,界面张力低于3 mN/m,岩心渗透率恢复率大于90 %且无毒。现场应用表明,该技术能有效保护油气层,提高修井作业后的产量恢复效果。
