摘    要:通过自定义函数和数值模拟方法研究泡沫流体在连续管中流动的压降,并且对比了计算结果与模拟结果。对于泡沫在直管段内流动,由于考虑了加速压降和真实速度剖面的影响,模拟压降比计算压降大。对于泡沫在螺旋管段内流动:由于泡沫具有压缩性,其物性随压力变化,所以当出口压力不同时,同一位置处速度剖面和密度剖面不同;由于离心力的作用,速度剖面不对称;出口压力、注气流量和曲率对压降影响比较明显。对连续管泡沫钻井进行水力参数设计时,尽可能地提高注入压力,可减少泡沫在螺旋管段流动的压降。

Abstract:Through user defined function and numerical simulation method,the pressure drop of foam flowing in coiled tubing was studied.The simulated results were compared with that gained by empirical correlation.For foam flowing in straight tubing section, the simulated pressure drop was higher than the calculated because of the effect of acceleration pressure drop and the consideration of velocity profile variation.For foam flowing in spiral section,the physical properties of the compressed foam varied with the var...
