| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种基于低成本PLC网络的球磨机轴瓦润滑分布式监控系统，采用“IPC＋网络＋PLC”的结构，上位工控机选用“组态王”工控软件开发监控程序，下位机用FX2N PLC作控制器，并用RS485网络使上位机与PLC网络联接，实际运行结果表明，系统运行稳定可靠，结构紧凑灵活，经济效益显著，有一定推广价值。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a distributed monitoring and controlling system based on economical PLC network which has being used for the lubrication of axle bush of ball mill.In the system whose structure is 'IPC+NETWORK+PLC', 'Kingview'software is used to develop program in IPC and FX2N PLC is used as controller connected with the former by RS485 network.It is flexible and stable and has a larger value to popularize the way. |
