烧结温度对316不锈钢粉末冶金烧结体组织和性能的影响

摘    要:采用真空烧结法制备了316奥氏体不锈钢粉末冶金烧结体,研究了烧结温度对其显微组织和力学性能的影响,并对其拉伸断口形貌进行了分析.结果表明:随着烧结温度的提高,烧结体组织晶粒不断粗化,孔隙减少、尺寸降低;烧结体的相对密度、抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率等均提高,但当温度升到1 340℃以后提高并不明显,并有缓慢降低的趋势;最...
