| 摘 要： | 炼化企业属于高能耗、高污染的传统行业。随着能源结构的变化,安全环保标准日益严格,保证和提高炼化企业的经济效益日益艰难。文中结合炼化企业经营管理模式,从企业的管理制度、人才培养及安全环保等方面分析了提高炼化企业经济效益的对策。
