| 摘 要： | 高校师德师风建设对教师队伍建设有着十分重要的意义。目前高校师德师风存在诸多问题,这既有客观原因,更有主观原因,主观原因是主要的。解决师德师风方面的问题,必须提高认识,加强管理,建立公平的竞争机制。

Currently,there are many college teachers＇virtue problems, which are both objective reasons,more subjective reasons. Solving teachers＇ virtue problems, we must raise awareness, strengthen management, establlst fair competition mechanism. |
