摘    要:插铣因其特有的优点及近年来技术方面的逐渐成熟,其应用也越来越为广泛。但有关插铣的理论研究尚待逐渐完善,为实际加工提供可靠的理论依据。文章以铝合金的加工为例,利用Labview软件对数据的任意读取、时频分析、前处理等功能,通过对铝合金插铣铣削力的实验测量,并利用统计分析软件SPSS进行回归分析和检验,对插铣过程中铣削力随切削参数的变化而变化的规律进行了研究。

Abstract:The application of Plunge Milling technique is becoming extensive due to its unique characteristics and theoretical maturing in recent years. However, in order to ensure a reliable theoretical base for machining, much of research on plunge milling still remains to be done. This paper, based on a machining experiment on Aluminum alloy where Plunge Milling technique is employed, seeks the rules how plunge milling force changes accordingly with the changes of cutting parameters in the Plunge Milling process. This experiment uses Labview software for random data collection, time frequency analysis and data pre - processing and it uses SPSS software for regress analysis and results verification.
