柔性连续抽油杆防护材料配方研究

摘    要:针对柔性连续抽油杆下井作业时表面防护尼龙涂层低温性能差、易开裂等问题 ,进行了尼龙与ABS树脂、尼龙与热塑性弹性体 (POE)的共混改性试验研究。根据理论分析和试验研究结果 ,最终确定了两种可用于柔性连续抽油杆表面防护材料配方 :①PA6 +ABS g MAH +弹性体M g MAH +热抗氧剂 +其它助剂 ;②PA6 +POE +增容剂 +热抗氧剂 +其它助剂。前者综合了PA和ABS的优良特性 ,在低温条件下具有高的冲击韧性和良好的延展性 ,且优良的耐磨性和耐药性可适应井下恶劣工况 ;后者同样具有良好的低温冲击韧性和延展性 ,同时由于POE价格低廉 ,更具有推广意义

Abstract:The surface protection Nylon coating of the flexible continuous sucker rod has had performance when used at low temperature,tests for performance modification by blending Nylon with ABS OR POE are made.According to the results of analysis and tests,two kinds of compounding formulae are determined:(1)PA6 ABS g MAH elastomer M g MAH hot antioxidant other auxiliary agents;(2)PA6 POE bulking agent hot antioxidant other auxiliary agents.The former,synthesizing the good properties of both PA and ABS,has good impact toughness and ductibility at low temperature,and is suitable for use in severe working conditions owing to good wear resistance;the later also has good impact toughness and ductibility,and is more worthy of popularization owing to lower cost.
