纳米材料防紫外线整理的应用研究

摘    要:采用粒径分析仪、紫外分光光度仪、扫描电镜、沉降性试验等方法测定不同种类和用量国产纳米材料在有机-无机复合分散剂作用下经一定的分散工艺分散后的分散液粒径分布、整理后织物的UPF 值以及观察纳米材料在织物表面的分布形态的差异,通过纳米材料的分散稳定性、分散液中的粒径大小以及在织物表面的分布形态结合防紫外线效率讨论纳米材料防紫外线的使用方法和应用机理,希望能对纳米材料在纺织品防紫外线整理的进一步研究能起到一定的参考作用.

Abstract:For the Chinese nanometer materials of different kinds and at different amts., the granularity analyzer, uv spectrophotometer, scanning electronic microscope and sedimentation tester were used to det. the particle size distribution in the dispersion liquors after dispersing under the affection of org. and inorg. compounded dispersant and with a certain procedure, the UPF values of the finished fabrics and the difference of the distribution forms of the nm materials on the fabrics. The application methods and mechanism were discussed for the nm anti-uv finishes according to the anti-uv effects comparing to the nm material dispersion stability, particle size in the dispersion liquors and distribution forms on the fabrics, so that a reference could be proposed for the further researches of the nm materials in textile anti-uv finishing.
