基于改进型全维观测器的 BLDC 无传感器控制

摘    要:对基于全维观测器的无刷直流电机无传感器控制算法进行了研究,针对现有的传统全维观测器存在响应慢的问题,提出了一种改进型全维观测器,在传统全维观测器基础上,通过引入反馈增益,以提高动态响应能力和系统稳定性。为了验证提出方案的正确性,搭建相应的测试平台进行了传统和新型观测器的性能对比测试。由实验结果可知,所提出的改进型全维观测器无传感器控制算法能使系统响应更快,是实现无刷直流电机无传感器高速高响应控制的一种有效方法。

Abstract:The sensorless control algorithm of Brushless DC motor based on full order observer is studied , and aiming at the problem of slow response of the existing traditional full order observer , an improved full order observer is proposed , which is based on the conventional full order observer , introducing observation feedback gain to improve the dynamic response and system stability.In order to verify the correctness of the proposed scheme , a corresponding test platform is built to compare the performance of the traditional and new observer.From the experimental results , it is known that the proposed improved full order observer sensorless control algorithm can make the system response faster , which is an effective method to achieve high speed and high response control of brushless DC motor without sensor.
