主动配电网的自适应正序电流保护

摘    要:根据故障发生后正序电气分量之间的关系,结合已有的传统电流保护和 IBDG 控制策略,提出了一种自适应正序电流保护方案,有效解决了 IBDG 并网保护误动、拒动和选择性的问题。利用 PSCAD 仿真软件构建了一个含双 IBDG 的 10 kV 配电网模型,利用该模型在 IBDG 并网或离网的情况下输出短路故障时各保护的保护定值和正序短路电流值,来验证该方案的可行性。

Abstract:According to the relationship between the positive sequence electrical components after the fault occurs , combined with the existing traditional current protection and IBDG control strategy , an adaptive positive sequence current protection scheme is proposed , which effectively solves the problems of misoperation , rejection and selectivity of IBDG grid-connected protection.The PSCAD simulation software is used to build a 10 kV distribution network model with dual IBDG , and the model is used to output the protection fixed value and positive sequence short circuit current value of each protection when IBDG is connected or off the grid to verify the feasibility of the scheme.
