摘    要:为确定热阻涂料在不同环境条件下的固化状况,优选多种热阻涂料常用原材料,制备了具有良好热阻功效的路用热阻涂料,借助太阳辐射模拟设备系统研究了热阻涂料在不同光照强度下的固化时间及表面状况.采用程控恒温恒湿设备深入分析了不同湿度条件下热阻涂料固化时间的变化规律,借助定控风装置全面研究了风速对热阻涂料固化时间的影响规律.在此基础上,采用扫描电子显微镜(Scanning electron microscope,SEM)微观分析手段,对不同环境因素影响条件下热阻涂料固化状态进行了微观表征,并深入分析了不同环境因素条件下热阻涂料的固化机理,为热阻涂料在道路领域的良好施工和应用提供依据.

Abstract:In order to confirm the curing status of thermal insulating coating under the different environmental factors, a series of raw materials were selected to prepare thermal insulating coating with radiation reflective property. The curing time and surface status of thermal insulating coating were studied by using the equipment releasing solar radiation. The influence of humility on the curing time was studied through using facility of constant temperature and humility. The law of wind speed effect on curing time was analyzed by tester of wind controlling. The microstructures of thermal insulating coating under different factors were represented and the curing mechanisms under different environmental factors analyzed, which lay a solid base for the good application of thermal insulating coating in road pavement.
