摘    要:针对就地 FA 测试不准确等问题,提出了基于 M2M 的 FA 通信测试系统。对就地馈线自动化系统的通信原理和通信模式进行了分析。分析了智能电网发展对馈线自动化系统的具体要求和馈线自动化系统通信网络的主要功能结构。阐述了集中控制架构、去中心控制架构和分布式控制架构的特点,说明分布式控制架构的优势。对馈线自动化通信测试体系提出了具体的结构要求,并对就地馈线自动化系统通信,提出了机器对机器的通信方式,说明了 DNP3 协议的原理和组织架构。根据所提出的通信方式,说明了通信机制,搭建了仿真测试平台,以单向接地故障为例,说明了馈线自动化系统通信的有效性。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of inaccurate FA test on site , an M2M-based FA communication test system is proposed.The communication principle and communication mode of the local feeder automation system are analyzed.The specific requirements of the development of smart grid for feeder automation system and the main functional structure of the feeder automation system communication network are analyzed.The characteristics of centralized control architecture , decentralized control architecture , and the distributed control architecture are explained , and the specific advantages of distributed control architecture are illustrated.The specific structural requirements are proposed for the feeder automation communication test system , the machine-to-machine communication method is proposed for the local feeder automation system communication , and the specific principles and organizational structure of the DNP3 protocol are explained.For the communication method proposed in this paper , the specific communication mechanism is explained , a simulation test platform is built , and a one-way ground fault is taken as an example to illustrate the effectiveness of the feeder automation system communication.
