永磁同步电机高速带速重投冲击抑制研究

摘    要:本文针对永磁同步电机高速运行区间带速重投过程中存在较大电流冲击的问题,从电机稳定性条件和脉冲构成两个方面阐述了引起电流冲击的根本原因,提出了通过d轴电流预给定和优化电压脉冲构成的方法,从理论上分析该方法的可行性和实现方式,并通过实验验证,证明了该方法的有效性。实验表明,本文提出的永磁同步电机高速下带速重投电流冲击抑制方法,可以有效的减小带速重投过程中的电流冲击,使电机快速进入稳定工作区域,并且易于实现,符合实际应用要求。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of large current impact in the process of switching on with speed in high-speed operation zone of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), this paper expounds the fundamental causes of current shock from two aspects of motor stability conditions and pulse composition, and puts forward a method of pre setting d-axis current and optimizing voltage pulse composition. The feasibility and implementation of this method are analyzed theoretically, and the experimental results are verified The validity of the method is proved. The experimental results show that the current impact suppression method proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the current impact in the process of high speed re switching of permanent magnet synchronous motor, and make the motor quickly enter the stable working area, and it is easy to realize, which meets the practical application requirements.
